Has a decision been made on the make-up of the comp?
Is it 6v6 or 8v8 or a mixture?
What maps will be played?
Are there custom maps?
When is it starting?
All matches on NZ servers?

I have entered SAW but will not take it any further till more definite information is released. Once more is known I will look at registering players & a possible 2nd team.

I have had mixed responses regarding 8 vs 8 so I am going to stick with 6 vs 6.

I plan to start it at the beginning of April.

I dont want to make this tournament like just another tournament so I will probably have custom maps. I dont play many custom maps so I will have to get outsiders help for that. The only one that I think would be good is dod_convoy . Any sugestions would be good but I am not going to play those orange maps etc.

I am not to sure on proper maps either, I havent warred at all so I have no idea what mas to choose. Any suggestions?

Probably have approximately 3/4 proper maps and 2/3 custom maps.

We have an Aus server. I have sent skankyflat 2 emails and have an employee added to ICQ but still nothing. I was planning on having the NZ teams when versing another NZ team play on the skankyflat server but they havent responded yet :@.

All for convoy but it is not really a war map.

Eisenbahn (railroad update), solitude_comp, venteux_final, cal_stug, alatuk, anvil, churchyard, flash2, harbour, snowtown, tiger, hobofire are a few customs that would make good war maps.

Standards : Argentan, Donner, Avalanche, Kalt, Anzio.

Omaha is a good Pub map but would be a bitch of a war map.

If I get half of the registered players complain I will change it but so far 3 people disaprove of it.

No one has more influence on me than another player, not matter how experienced you are or what clan your in.

So once you see 22 people complain feel free to do what Saber is doing but until then no I am not changing them.
