Advertising maybe you could rename the server Thermal take just while this ladder thing is up and running.

To go along with shellshock's idea, try doing something like this:

RWS Clan Tournament - sponsored by Thermaltake and Skankyflat.net

or

Thermaltake and Skankyflat.net RWS Clan Tournament Server

something along the lines of that.

And also, using the mani mod, advertise them through the regular notices which appear like every 5 mins.

Hi Jake,

We will happily setup a tournament server or two for the duration of the event.
Servers must be passworded 24/7 and not available for the exclusive use of clans etc.
These servers would only be able to be used for the actual tournament or ladder matches.
The web hosting and forum space is provided free, but they have to be sub domains of Skankyflat for the to be the case.
Forum space will also be provided in the Skankyflat virtual arena, for use as forums for the ladder/event.
We provide clans free web hosting and forums on the same arrangement.
We do register domains for clans at cost price, and help with a discounted rate for hosting their own domains as well.
