To connect, install teamspeak, go to connect > quick connect, server address is: teamspeak.recoil.net.nz:8767
Put in a nickname, then hit connect.

If you're wondering what teamspeak is, its an external voice communication program, with clearer com than in-game, and allows you to talk when your dead.
