We want trialists to have Xfire due to how practical it is in-game. It enables us to communicate in-game much easier than Steam Friends as the message appears at the bottom of the screen, which means that the message can be read without have to view the menu to view the message.
We also want people to have Xfire is because we all have Xfire. It's un-practical and time consuming for us to have to contact you through several different instant messaging clients.

Another program we want people to have is Teamspeak. Teamspeak is a program that allows our team to speak with one another. Teamspeak is clearer than the in-game microphone quality. It requires the same amount of effort to use as the in-game microphone, also is easy to setup.
