New Forums?

With the addition of new webspace also comes the option to install phpbb forums into the new site. But in doing this would make these forums become closed and no longer needed so I just thought i would get the views on closing these (SPAM) or start fresh with the new site.

Hmm thats a tough one

Yes we have alot of spam (looks to Opieo and Horace) but we also have a lot of useful information on here (like the bindings etc).

If someone (not me) is going to go through and copy the useful stuff onto the new site then I don't mind if we have new forum.

It seems tat starting a new forum is becoming a regular practice in this clan!!! Very Happy

Its probally a good thing as the forum fills up with alot of spam quickly (I thinks someone needs to delete the old posts and topics tat are irrelevant regularly, e.g. Opieo or Horace the spammers of the clan Razz

I will help transfer stuff over as well, we (the people that are going to help) can each take a certain forum and take the neccesary posts over.

Plus..The website is easier for new trialists to remember.

I think its a good start however it will take me a while 2 sort this out i have setup a test forum just to make sure shit is running at www.rwsclan.co.nz/forum check it out post some topics in the test forums and see how it goes.
